This budget studio unit is located in a great area of the city, with some embassies nearby and food stores available just a short distance away. It is conveniently situated near the city center, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. there is a little shop just all over the place, providing added convenience for guests. The room and bathroom are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room's mattress is a bit rough.

It had a particularly good and unbeatable location just next door to mall, and other embassies. I tried some drinks at bar Finders Keepers, located 5 minutes walk away.

They gave me standard queen room with aircon, a fan, a bathroom. Also, location was comfortable and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a gleaming museum. Really helpful staff, as it had to be.

Liked staying at the air-conditioned room with a nice bathroom. Having a shower and a bidet was a bonus. The location was comfy and nice, not too far from Ayala Center.

It has great-sized and budget rooms with aircon, a fan plus a bathroom at good prices. I truly enjoyed very very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a nice stay.

A bit rude staff!

We had the most very pleasant few days there. Everything was perfect during 2 days, really enjoyed its comfy location really close to restaurants. The rooms were all fairly quiet and budget with a nice bathroom...

The room was beautiful and budget, it had climate control, a writing desk, and a private entrance. Private bathrooms, that included a bidet, were cleaned daily. The location was marvellous and fantastic - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The location was comfortable and nice, within easy walking distance of Legazpi Sunday Market.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near Makati with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The neighborhood had a down-to-earth vibe with lots of character.

We had a great experience staying at the Budget Studio Unit in Makati. The room was clean, spacious, and had fast and stable wifi. The staff were very accommodating and the value for money was excellent. We felt at home and the aircon was in perfect working condition. The location was convenient, with easy access to Grab services and Ayala malls. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had restful 2 days overall. We had a reasonably large and air conditioned room with a nice bathroom and everything was perfect.
